Beyond The Sun

Adam Baker, in my opinion, is the bright new rising star of 2012. In my previous review, he was the folk genre’s answer to Frank Turner, but with this latest track I would now define him as the child of Newton Faulkner and Frank Turner. His awe-inspiring melodies are capable of moving people to tears simply in the instrumental string sections, but he also flawlessly delivers the purest and most heartfelt emotions in his vocals and lyrics. My hopes remain high for the artist; he has that unique quality that great musicians are only born with.
